Ann, you’re being double-crossed by your own (estranged) son. (People who commented me yesterday: I KNOW “bimbo” wasn’t the right word to call Ann, but I knew what the right/wrong word was. It was the same one she was going to call Sheraton/Tiffany.)

Hey Now. Tiffany is asking for the guest list. Could it be that she’s ALSO looking out for all the other ladies that ripped off?

What a HERO! If Tiff keeps this up, she’s liable to get her "Chamber of Commerce Crown BACK, along with a Formal Apology from the Mayor and the Key to City.

And it looks like it’ll be next week before the subject of Ann laying off Tiff’s Dad comes up.

One last chance for Ann to fight back. But even that looks BLEAK because Tiff is so far ahead on ‘points’ that Ann would have to score a “knock-out” to ‘WIN’ Next week…..,

Lest Les leaves his list’s leverage, let’s learn at least the lengths that Les has left.

Next up, “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” – Ann Crosses Moon River…Permanently.

If body language determines the winner it will be Tiffany. But I keep hoping there’s another twist. Ann went down too easy against TJ. – I don’t want another slam-dunk this time. Les seems to be enjoying his power at the moment. Maybe Les will surprise us with something. Maybe he gives the list to Ann if she forgives his debt. That’s not entirely satisfying. Here’s hoping the Evans’s come up with something more interesting. Of course Tiffany’s dad is potentially a huge variable. If he appears and tells Tiffany not to go forward with her case, how would that wind up?

I couldn’t tell if Les is gravitating towards Tiff or Ann…and if Ann is yelling because Les is too slow to give up the list which she expects him to. Sometimes blood is thicker than water even if the parent is awful.

Come on Les do the right thing.

He’s in the driver’s set now, but he’s also in trouble with at least one of them no matter what he does. Or with both, if he bolts and runs!

Least likely plot complication that would drive everyone crazy….

We interrupt this scam as two thieves enter the Fuse intending to rob Ann of her cash and credit card receipts.

And maybe even make off with some expensive lingerie.

Les is smiling coz he knows this is the opportunity for serious payback time for all the things his mom did to him. Go on Les..give it to Sheraton St. Louis!

Les you know your in heart that giving the gust list to to Tiff is the right thing to do. Man up and give them to her.

Love Tiff’s uber-confident handling of the situation. And despite the additional pounds, our girl hasn’t forgotten how to turn on the charm… that “come hither” beckoning of Les should have him going weak in the knees. You’re being outclassed, Ann!

Tiff or Mommy Dearest? Let me think about it a nanosecond.

Les might actually just keep the guest list and use it for leverage against his mother.

It’s pretty clear where Les’s loyalty is now isn’t it? Or is it? Suspense. I think that Saturday might be the end of Ann this time, because once Tiffany has the guest list, the fact that she can expose Ann, or even report her to police, or do both, will be enough to make this grifter vacate the premises, including any dating of Tiff’s dad. I think the deed will be done Saturday, but I will allow it spilling over to next week. If it does there are likely some unexpected twists coming. One other point: If Les gives the guest list to Tiffany it means not only is is he getting some payback on his criminally negligent mom, but he has converted to the good side of the FORCE, the good people of the town of Pitts, and the joint house with Gunther, the marriage of his uncle to Irma Berger, and a relationship with Tiffany? I don’t think romantic, I think good friend.

OK… the ultimate mini cliffhanger! I’m hoping that Les either:

1) Gives the list to Tiff (for obvious reasons) – 2) Holds onto the list himself (as mentioned above). This could server several purposes. He can defeat Ann, and can then negotiate on Tiff’s behalf to have her leave Mr. Farrell.

Both scenarios might gain some favor with Al Gray (2 more than 1), who might appear tomorrow in good “Deus Ex Machina” fashion and be pleased that Les “exposed” Ann’s nefarious activities. This could help Les resolve his debt issue with Ann quickly. We’ll see.

Les, do the right thing!

Just wondering why ask for the list IN FRONT of Ann? Ask for it on the side, get it no problem and then later make a comment about having the list if you want to get under her skin even more. That way we know she is hopefully looking out for all the others and even more hopefully, going to involve the police in this matter.

I can’t wait for the arc where we get to see the look on Ann’s face when Tiffany shows up at her daddy’s place….

At any rate, you just lost some of your luster, Ann.

Why did she wait until everybody was gone to spring her trap? Why didn’t she do the great exposing in front of everybody for maximum humiliation? It would have been a lot easier.

Les knows where his bread might get buttered sometime.

We haven’t seen TJ for a while. Maybe he’ll be taking a late night drive and notice the lights are on after hours

Jeeze. This “battle” is amounting to a SLAUGHTER, as far as Ann is concerned. This ain’t your “father’s Ann Eiffel.” The “Old” Ann fought back. I what the heck happened?

Although, Tiffany might want “Have a Care” when taking her “Victory Lap” next week. I got a feeling there’s a Brickwall at the end of it….,.

“I’m thinking!”, says Les as he channels Jack Benny.

I don’t know… there’s just something disturbing about this whole arc. This latest twist has now given Les serious power over the two. In one scenario, he gets a chance at revenge for his abandonment by his mother AND also has Tiff/Sheraton beholding to him big time. He can use that “favor” to coerce Tiff/Sheraton into a relationship. In another scenario he reverts to form and sides with his mom for serious monetary gain and crushes Tiffany’ newly rediscovered confidence.

Further, it is incongruent to see the Tiffany character assuming a Sheraton St. Louis persona in her recent physical/emotional state. She seems to be reverting her sexy and manipulative persona from high school and losing the apparent gains she has made in personal development. To quote mammy from Gone With The Wind; “It ain’t fittin’. It just ain’t fittin’.”

I’m with Tyge. Option A is give the list to Ann and continue making a little extra on the side. Option B is finally sticking it to her, though at the risk of causing more trouble with Al. Option C is…whatever plan HE has cooked up. I’m pretending I’m wrong and that he’s going to continue cooperating with Tiffany. He was a serious punk in his high school days, but he’s been redeeming himself more and more lately.

Les? List. List? Les.

So, today has turned the comic back to focus on Les and his moral development. Thoughts of mine include:

1) Of course… will Les give the list to Sheraton/Tiffany or to Ann?

2) Because of the developments over the last several months with Les, I feel confident predicting he will give them to Sheraton/Tiffany.

3) But, I could see Ann jumping in as he starts to give them to Sheraton/Tiffany and taking them or ripping them up or some such thing.

4) In terms of the greater scheme of things, while the list would help Sheraton/Tiffany be able to push for full restitution for everyone swindled, even if Sheraton/Tiffany does not get the list, it will have little impact on her moral victory in this case.

With that said, what will happen beyond Saturday?

1) I am hoping that we do have the arc continue into next week and it somehow brings in the actual presence of Tiffany’s father.

2) But, I still have a feeling now (started a bit on Wednesday) that perhaps Greg is going to keep Tiffany’s father a “shadow” figure who really is not physically shown in the comic.

3) I also think there is a strong possibility that Greg may break the story arc here on Saturday… and Monday will be some other story arc.

If I’m Les, then I give the list to Ann (for a hefty fee). This, of course, is after I’ve copied the list (unbeknownst to Ann) and give the original to SSL…

Now the question is, has Les only been deceiving everyone about which side he’s on?

Les, give mom the papers! Then text Tiffany the photo copies you made on your cell phone with voyeuristic intent.

This reminds me of Willona and Ms. Gordon, and their calling out to Penny Gordon,  to give one of them a critical recording, and not the other one,  on a special multiple episode arc  of “Good Times”!

For anyone not familiar with the way Leslie Knox has operated in the past: there is really no mystery about whose ‘side’ Les is on. Les is always on Les’s side. So whatever benefits him most is what he generally does…

Tiff is staying quiet, but there’s a lot of promise in that smile.

Ann, you’re so gorgeous when you’re angry. How about modeling some lingerie for me in private.

Ann may not be as horrible as so many are painting her. She is not a career grifter – Ann was managing a bookstore and the Weenie World – struggling to make a living like everybody else. Some of her current lingerie customers might stick up for Ann, as they had a good time – and they weren’t paying the $1,000 price tags that Soufflé lingerie has. I still hope for an interesting plot development where nobody is permanently banished to prison or shame. Tiffany’’s father needs to weigh in on the plot very soon

I can’t see why Les wouldn’t choose Tiff, here. But to seal the deal she could demand that Ann pay her son. After all, she holds all the cards here.

What a lot of people don’t seem to understand is that confidentiality and non-disclosure goes out the window when a crime is involved.

Do the right thing, Les, and give the list to your hawt ‘friend’ and not your hawt ‘mom’.
