Maybe, Just maybe…if she did that in HS she wouldn’t be having such a hard time in College…and again, this is a mirror into who Tiffany used to be, she should get an “a-ha” moment out of all this and hopefully some personal growth.

Sigh. Stef is the devil. Gunther or Bernice, come to the rescue, please. Be at the door in 5 seconds, please.

G & K have transported us into Tiff’s mind. Years ago it was a short trip. But now we’re all on board for further adventures…

Especially when you have a plan like Stef, wherein she plans on being a housewife with four kids. Nothing wrong with that, but a college education is not really a requisite for that plan.

Except that being in college makes it easier to meet the college quarterback.

Who will win evil Tiff or Good Tiff. I hope Good Tiff.

I’m tired of Stef’s toothy smile already.

Now THERE’S a time-honored comics convention making a most appropriate appearance.

Ok, this is getting tired real fast. Tiffany blows extra money buying clothes instead of saving. Grades are suffering but now the devil is telling her to goof off. She already busts her rump working and making ends meet. In REAL life, this sort of BS happens in Freshman year, not 2and or 3rd. Not unless the author wants Tiffany to move back home or become a stripper to pay for college.

Stef’s change of outfits is a good move. Now she looks ‘normal’.

Remember Tiffany, evil Tiffany is Ann Eiffel’s proxy. Good Tiffany is the anger that you felt when you wanted financial freedom from Daddy.

The eternal internal struggle that every individual fights: wants vs needs. I can tell from the look on tiffany’s face that she hates being an adult and all the boring and mundane responsibilities that come with it.

Stephanie is totally annoying.

I know. Just like Tiffany used to be.

Was it Mordy or Dog who said something about “karma”?

Is it me or does Stephani bear a striking resemblance to Sarah Lancaster from Chuck?

What does she do? If she studies and works hard maybe she can become strong and able to detach from daddy and Eiffel horribles and take charge of her life, but if not she might be drawn into further dependence. Somehow I think it will all work out.

Hanging out at the Student Union is BORING. If you major in something you like, studying can be fun.

What would the author of Tot to Tycoon do?

Oh, this week is gonna be good! :) When we have Tiff’s Angel/Devil pair battling it out!!!

Stef the Bimbo makes another appearance. And I still hate her.

They need to rename this strip something other than “Luann”. The stories are never about her any more, and even when she shows up, it’s only for a week or so and then we’re back to the more interesting characters.

Tiffany follow your dream, don’t get distracted. College is a big opportunity for you. Don’t screw up.

I like Stef! She seems more with it, is probably a Rhodes Scholar, has saved lives, and inspires entire countries to be their “best”.

I can’t judge. I remember when my college opened the pub. Which gave me a choice between going to Symbolic Logic class or drinking beer and playing video games with my friends. Guess which choice won.

Don’t you just hate it when things distract you from getting to where you want?

Tiff’s developed a concience?

Good luck finding a job that will pay enough to pay back those four years of partying.

If Greg had used Gunther in cosplay costumes for Tiff’s personification of good and evil their messages might have more equivocation. Besides, Gun (ugh) with a halo and horns would be more humorous.

Stay the course, Tiffany (pun most definitely intended). While it is true that “college isn’t just studying, y’know,” it’s also true that studying and graduating are the primary goals. The student union will be there after the work is done.

So it goes in Stephanie’s world.

After everything shes been through, she is even questioning this?

Stef is only half right. Tiff already knows, but networking is really important, especially to a ‘business major’. The trick is to schmooze with the others likely to be upwardly mobile and not just party folk.

An interesting piece has either been missed or not discussed; Tiffany has learned to study. We didn’t know how she did last term/semester but we now have a positive out of it (passed). The fun part is going to be seeing if Tiffany stays in study/work mode or tries to balance study/work with social time or if social time takes over.

Well at least the cheerleaders outfit is gone.

Here we go… Will Tiffany ruin her college career wasting time with Stefani or will she become stronger and resist to the inviting proposal? Or maybe follow Stefani will make her learn something important? I hope she will stay in her room and study. But….

Compromise, Tiffany….. FINISH studying for today FIRST, then go to the Union…. if Stephani is still there, fine, if not, meet some other folks…. or have fun on your own.

Tiffany really has changed. The imp with the horns used to be the only voice she ever listened to.

Steph is no friend. Tiff told her she’s way behind and can’t take time off, but Steph blew it off and is tempting Tiff to fall back into high-school habits.

Stef here looks like either an ad for a housecleaning service (usually seen on the side of a van) or a female robotics project created by students in the school of Engineering.

Tiff – you’ve come so far – don’t lapse now.

Why is Angel Tiffany so angry?

They’re very cute.

The very fact that she is conflicted is a good sign.

I’ve read this comic strip for more than a few years. If she backslides now, it’s as if she were an alcoholic taking that first drink of alcohol. She will not know when to stop. Stay the course. Finish your classes. Spring Break is next month. Don’t conk out now.

I guess the bow WASN’T just part of the cheerleading uniform. It seems to be a part of Stefi’s everyday dress.

Or maybe the bow is permanently attached to her head, and she can’t take it off. :D :P

This sort of conundrum/dichotomy about what one WANTS to do versus what one SHOULD do is of course, a classic. I (probably we all) struggle with this each and every day. While the struggles of this sort I have dealt with (and continue to deal with) are too many to mention, I can say that for me…. one thing that has helped a bit:

Get up early…… or even earlier….. to get the “good” things you may not want to do off your plate. Get all the tough but essential things done early. For me, more fully realizing this has done me a world of good…. and kept me sane (enough) that at SOME POINT in a day, I can relax and COMFORTABLY indulge at least a LITTLE BIT of my devilish/selfish wants.

Why do I get the impression that Stef is a trust fund baby?

All these comments and not one (until now) about why both the good and bad “angels” are wearing the same type outfits.

Well I think the degree , and maybe the only degree, that Tiffany is gonna get is her “MRS” degree, so hanging with Steph and meeting a few of those unmarried eligible jocks she slobbers over, might be a step in the right direction. And I think it was nice of Steph to ask. Not so sure Tiffany would have done the same.

Tiff, do NOT listen to the trophy girlfriend. You’ve been doing SO good! She only has one goal in life and it’s the opposite of yours. DON’T DO IT!!!!!

Well I’m amazed she called it “The Union” instead of “The U”. Seems young people today abbreviate even two syllable words.

That depends on whether you are majoring in Business or Monkey Business.

This hurts my eyes! Please, GE, I know you’re incapable of depicting modern day college life, but at least do some research on what young adults are wearing in 2020!

Trouble is she is right. It wasn’t any studying that got G.W. Bush the Presidency. It was the partying.

It may be wrong, but it feels so good!

Do it, Tiff. What could possibly get worse for you? And maybe hanging with Bird-girl will motivate you to trim down from your new “plus-size” to your previous and IMO more pleasing size….

Did anyone notice that Stefanie is doing a cheerleader pose as she stands there. Also, Stefanie has a hourglass figure.

I believe that Greg has two different lights for his drawing board. Bright for most things, and “unfavorable” for Tiffany. Now, we’ve got Steph: looking like a Barbie doll with the body structure of a wasp. She may be thin, but Greg makes sure that she throws shade over Tiff.
