Good thing not everyone in the world is a “Bets.” You can only have so many suckling parasites before things dry up and get ugly. All good people out there, a challenge for today 7/29/22! Complete 1 random act of kindness you do not profit from. Don’t publicize or tell anyone who does not need to know in order to complete it. Let’s do it to balance out the “Bets” of Society. Boy, on Thursday a good thing that Bets does is shown, but I just knew GnK would come up with a misdirection play, that, bringing it today, gives Bets haters ammunition for ther often subtly biased commentary. Ox did not understand how Bets complimented him for his bit of marketing communication wisdom because he confused BetsCorp, a company she has in mind (she is an ambitious business major after all) with what he heard as bed score and instead of seeing the obvious joke the haters pounce: avaricious Bets is using her evil wiles to influence innocent Ox, to take him along with Gunther, oh just like Ann Eiffel. Projective and biased projection is obvious. I think it’s funny, wise, and hilarity will ensue in a good way at the end. Gee Whiz, so rank! Oh andGoComics I dare you to delete this chat.

Ox is too innocent for innuendo.

I don’t get how this works. People see bets in her costume….then how do they become a fan? She’s not advertising in any way that IDs herself.I don’t like her as a character, just putting that out there. She’s not right for “Gun”, she’s bossy, overbearing, obsessed with herself (worse than Tiff) and no privacy boundaries at all. I really though he was going to dump her long ago.

Code enforcement might be easier in the long run than legal issues if any of the students accuse Tiffany regarding ’lost possessions" or worse, leaves illegal property in their storage.Did Tiffany write any kind of contractor check into any liability?If a student comes by drunk in August wanting his swim fins or a forgotten stash, is he allowed to drop by Tiffanys Mansion in the middle of the night?

Bed Score sounds like an APP I’d like to be on!

Bed Score – A fair improvement over a Backseat Score

People driving around do not impulsively need storage space. That is not an impulse buy. Tiffany would never get 6 customers in an hour from a roadside sign.

Well, when I first read the comic strip where Bets and Tiffany were going to live together in Tiffany’s house for the summer I was excited. I thought there were going to be really good stories with these two girls getting to know each other better by living together. This story is ok and today’s little joke is funny but I feel a little let down. I don’t feel this is how two college girls act. Especially Tiffany. I do like Bets a lot better now though. As far as the girl characters go, I think she is the most realistic looking one and very cute.

tomorrow: all good things …..

This arc has been going almost three weeks now. So will it end tomorrow? Four-week-and-longer arcs are rare these days. When will we see BerNil again?

Six clients in the past hour? Yesterday it was nine calls in twenty minutes.

At least he didn’t ask “What’s a zar?” It’s easy to misunderstand a name you don’t know.

Ox is so cool. He’s game for anything so long as people are kind. He’s a great person. They are all fortunate to have him in their lives.

Bless you, Oxford. “Bed score” is a wonderful parody of Betscorp. And your philosophy is simple yet profound. Win-win. Maybe you’ll even be a good thing for Bets to have met!
