Huh?? Why is Gunther clearly competing for Tiff when he already has Bets?!?

Tiff needs rest because she’s not thinking clearly. So she wants to keep the break in from her dad, though if there really was a burglar that took stuff from their house… how could she do that? Tom would ask her about the missing stuff.. right? LOL Honesty is the best policy if she want’s to gain his trust.

So… BLT ? Burger? Waffles? or Tuna melt? I’d probably pick BLT.

Earplugs are what Tiff really needs. ✨

At last the Gulag lives up to its name. Tiffany was delusional to think she could find peace and quiet there.

The peace and quiet comes and goes. Guys, she could have a soup and sandwich. Ones get alone time with Tiff while the other cooks.

Didn’t we already do this little dance a couple years back?

Next up: Bet bursts in and starts filming, and Gunther has to decide whether to throw her out or let her run roughshod over everyone.

Poor Tiff, where is she going to get peace and quiet? I doubt at the Gulag either.

I think Gunther is a little jealous.

I feel sorry for Tiff. From a self assured, rich, and glamorous young lady to a discouraged and damaged little bird crashed down in Gunther and Leslie’s private ghetto.

So it started… The great competition between the two cousins for Tiffany’s attention… HOORAY!!! Gunther wants to help his special friend who has always helped him. He’s happy to have the opportunity to repay her. But how will Bets take it? Even if Tiffany moved into Al and Irma’s home, Gunther and Les would still want to assist her all the time. Perhaps this will push Bets to do something to send Stef away and made return Tiffany to the dorm.

Gunther: “An’…, an’…, I’m gonna go open a restaurant, an’ Tiffany can eat there every night!”

Bets: “The HELL you are!”

Les: “Heh…”

Hard to believe they don’t have a hibachi grill.

Oh GOD, it’s the infamous “2018 Gulag Food Fight” all over again!

No, Les. Tiffany doesn’t want that “soup” that YOU darn near burned up!

Gunther?

By all means let Les go somewhere and BUY a darned grill!

It’ll get him out of the Gulag for a while, and Tiff can enjoy her BLT in peace and quiet.

Tiffany should Appreciate the fact that that right now, “loneliness” is the least of her “concerns” and that she now has guys waiting on her hand and foot, as opposed to her waiting on customers at Da Fuse.

Tiffany may have imperfect friends, but at least she’s Got friends.

Friends she can kinda depend on.

I kinda hope that this arc ends today and that We move on to something new next week. And that Al/Irma/Bets NEVER found out that Tiffany is living at the Gulag..

Les asks Tiffany if she is hungry and offers her soup. Gunther claims she doesn’t want soup without even asking her. He thinks he knows what is best for her. Gunther is controlling and people like that should be avoided. Back on the Two Dates night, Gunther seemed to think he knew better than Tiffany what she wanted concerning spending time with Les.

Quickly from Tiff to a tiff between these guys. She needs another acetaminophen for her headaches. At least they are trying do some good.

Both of you please shut up!

Tiff is too upset to eat anything. I’d feel the same way in her place.

She’s scared that she disappointed her father, who has never been a real father to her.

Lol! Absolutely the funniest line ever from Tiff.

At least one more week of this arc. Maybe this goes on through Thanksgiving and they can fight over how the turkey is cooked.

HUUMM, if I where casual observer, I’d think that Gunther and Les where an old married couple. They sound like my grandparents.

Probably more peace and quiet back in the dorm room than what is brewing here.

Honestly, having two people fight over you is a blessing and a curse.

I knew this would turn into a contest with these two, sooner or later.

Maybe Tiffany can go and stay in the main house…

Once Gunth has to help out in the shower, on account of the cast, all Bets are off.

She needs to move back to the mansion, turn on the alarm, and ask Ox to stay with her in one of the guest rooms. He’s the only one that cares if Tiffany is safe and cared for.

Tiffany used to be surrounded by hot guys and elite sports players. Now her world has shrunk to these 2 losers. Okay, Gunth may not be a loser, but still, he’s far from GQ.

How is her lipstick still so bright and fresh looking?

Move on!

Why isn’t she recuperating with OX ???

Tif; you want peace and quiet to recover from your fall? With these two you’d be better off at the Dorm with Dez, and, Betts to help you.

If this continues into next week I predict Tiffany will dial 1-800-OXFORD911!

It won’t occur to either of them to ASK her what she wants.

This seems like a natural stopping point for this story. I hope we do not see Bernice next week, but I think we are due for her and Luann and maybe Nil. Perhaps Bernice will finally move OUT of the DeGroots place and back to her own family.

If the writers of this comic were really good they would have security footage showing that “Ox” engineered the break in. Why? The writers could show Ox is stalking Tiff. Those “14 messages” were almost there in good writing.

Where is Bets? Irma and Al? Tiffany needs a grownup to help her?

Holy crap!

Fun to see these two try to be alpha males. Not.

I sense that this is the end of the storyarc. It has that feeling to it with Tiffany’s expression in the second panel (you can almost hear the sad trombone sound) and it’s been going on for like 6 weeks now. On Monday we’ll probably see Bernice being insufferable as usual.

I was right. There IS a food fight!

Take her out to a fancy restaurant. Problem solved!

Call Daddy immediately and tell him what happened. No need to mention your past mistakes, etc. He will come home and help you through it and perhaps hire a private nurse to help you recover at home!

Poor Tiff. She picked the wrong place to rest. There’s no rest between two guys competing for her attention. Bets needs to make an appearance and slap Gunther on the head silly the way Gibbs does on NCIS. He needs to transfer this kind of attention to BETS and leave Tiff to Les. Okay, we all know Gunther would choose Tiff if he knows Tiff returns feelings for him. Bets is the next best choice and perhaps forever because I doubt Tiff would ever reveal her feelings even though she does. Anyway, Tiff, just call Ox for another rescue and ask to stay with him….or take you to the DeGroots. Luann doesn’t like you and will not fawn over you. Bernice is indifferent toward you and will politely ask if you need anything but I doubt she will prepare meals for you. But Nancy would be the perfect caregiver. She will pamper you.

I don’t read this comic that much, so I’m confused (so what is new?). If Gunther is into Bets and she has to know that Les is a sleaze, why did she want to go to their place?

Ox is beginning to look better.

Note Gunther preemptively says “She doesn’t want soup.” Ms Cheerleader still has guys fighting for her favor.

Time to realize your mistake Tiff. Call Ox to come take you home and have him reside there as resident protection. Call Daddy, explain the truth of what happened and ask for a beefed up security system, a chef, housekeeper and groundsman.

Here is an idea, ask Tiff what she wants.

Tiff, hurry up, there are more of us that want to place our orders!

I guess the moral is 1) once again Tiff can’t catch a break and 2) guys are as difficult as girls to live with? I would still take the guys. For the Ox supporters, it also bears mentioning that it’s easy to think Ox is the perfect guy cause we know less about him as a character then any of the others. His house may be a mess, he may be a horrid roomate, all we know is he shows up, works, and doesn’t complain. Keeps the drama low, but he’s never asked for a raise or much of anything. It would be like dating the perfect capitalist slave. Tiff may (I hope) have a bit more ambition than that. I hope she can hire him at some point, but ehhh on dating him.

I’m thinking not a break in, but a dissatisfied customer of the waremanse.

For a fun plot: Tiff lives there a week & moves out. Only after she moves out do Irma, Bets & Tiffs’ dad find out she lived there. Everyone assumes the worst, neither Les nor Gunth got in her good graces & several people want to crucify Gunther. He has to run away to South America to hide and bumps into Rosa. Les just hangs out with his kitty & begins dipping into the tip jar at work. Meanwhile, Nancy continues to look hot.
