I’m fortunate to be able to see lots of fireworks for the next two nights. My home overlooks an island here in northernmost Maine. At least a half dozen homes on the island will be setting off fireworks that I’ll get to enjoy for free.

Well technically we ended up as a constitutional republic, other former British colonies such as Canada, New Zealand and Australia ended up as democracies.
i had always thought that the fireworks come from the war of 1812 … and the robot must be an undocumented immigrant … seems to know more of our history then we do … that is a clear sign that they were not educated here.
