My supper last night was a slow cooker BBQ pork chop and a can of Ranch style beans. Want the recipe? One 18-20 ounce bottle of your preferred BBQ sauce(but better with a sweet type) and one pork chop or country style ribs. If ribs add some water to keep it all submerged. I do not recommend the boneless pork ribs from Walmart. Tough even in a slow cooker.
I am so disappointed. We were told “sirloin” came from some English king being so pleased with a meal of beef loin that he took out his sword and dubbed is “Sir Loin”. Seems the truth is from the French “sur” meaning over and loin. Meh.
