The only thing we have to fear …

One cause of unhappiness is to finds happiness in unhappiness of others.

Just because you are paranoid doesn’t mean that you are not being followed. Your imagination is never pessimistic enough.

Stop, children! What’s that sound? Everybody look! What’s goin’ down?

When you’re born the universe starts trying to kill you, and things go downhill from there.

Even paranoids have enemies.

Too little?! There’s WAY too much paranoia for too little reasons!

My problem is not that I’m paranoid myself. But I just know that those paranoids are out to get me.

If in my youth I was told the CIA would contemplate assassinating a whistleblower, I would have dismissed it as paranoia. Oops.

By the time the movie “Enemy of the State” came out, I was more open to the possibility. And even more in the quarter-century since.

I have a pair of noids and they are out to get me.

My H.S. psyc teacher said you have to have delusions of grandeur to believe they’re all out to get you.

There are many things that can cause happiness, or unhappiness, one of the biggest is choice. Many people choose to be unhappy when they could choose to be happy.

I know that there is more to this than just making a choice, but I encourage you to choose happiness any chance that you can.

The Wise A$$ knows all.

It should be that it’s more like there’s too much irrational fear (paranoia)

And too little rational fear: being afraid of what you should be afraid of

You’re not paranoid when they are really out to get you.

So what’s to be afraid of? Every single one of you will die some time between reading this and 120 years from now. All life on Earth will die as the Sun’s radiation grows hotter in ~100 000 000 years. The Earth itself will cease to exist as the Sun expands in ~5 0000 000 000 years.

The universe as we know it will change into something else at an unknown time in the future as it changed into its current state more than ten billion years in the past. (Current estimate 13 800 000 000 years ago.)

So you have now. Enjoy it.

If you ask me, the cause is simple: We are being told our past is horrible and we have no future. What a dreary worldview.

A wise friend once said to me, “Just because you are paranoid, does not mean that they are not out to get you.”

Help! The Paronoids are after me.

They see you when you’re sleeping, they know when you’re a “woke”, They’ll steal your info and identity and take all there is to take.

Smart apps are just goin’ to town.

Paranoia does require knowledge of our fears. Truly understanding our fears better would be better for all, as it could induce us to correct/change those things that we fear or to at least protect ourseves better……
