Is Goat coming into his bedroom at night one of the things Rat worries about?
Do ten percent of his worries include having a head that keeps changing size and shape?
90 percent of statistics are just made up on the spot. Including this one.
Be a warrior not a worryer.
How does Goat even come into his bedroom. They live in different houses…
There’s this old Chinese saying:
If you have a problem that you can solve, what are you worrying about?
If you have a problem that you cannot solve, what are you worrying about?
Worry tithing.
“I’ll Be Mellow When I’m Dead” by Weird Al Yankovic.
Ten percent of Rat’s worries involve: getting stuck in a mousetrap, or getting sealed in a room with Stephen Pastis sing 1001 puns that never end with Lambchop.
Don’t worry, be happy!
Hey, Goat! My car got repo and I’m being evicted… they refused to take a 10% payment!!!! :D
Worry should lead to a plan of action. If it does not, you have lost already.
Long ago I discovered a sure-fire way of making sure my worries never come true:
Prepare for them. Nothing I’m ready for has ever happened.
So far my worries for the year have not come true, hope it stays that way.
Question is: Which worries will be in the ten percent?
Well when you put it that way Rat!
I wonder what Rat’s worries are.
Nighty-night, Rat.
Now THAT is a pessimist!
Rat doesn’t seem the type to worry about anything.
“If you see ten troubles coming down the road, you can be sure that nine will run into the ditch before they reach you.”
- Calvin Coolidge
But then that tenth one was a doozy…….
“Most things I worry ’bout Never happen anyway” – Tom Petty.
It’s usually Pig that does the worrying
Of course, the 10% includes Congress, the Administration, Double-digit trillion$ National Debt teeny revenue and humongous spending ,,,
I am the matador.
“I’m an old man and I’ve lived a long life filled with many worries. Most of which never happened.”
Seems like this bit should feature Pig, not Rat. There have been a couple of those in the past several months. Don’t tell me Rat is going soft!
Just hope it isn’t the worse 10%.
Where are the Crocs. I want to see more of Larry.
My worries don’t believe in Goat’s statistics.
Hm, I’ve found after 70+ years on the planet that what I fear often does come true, but that when it happens it’s not the big deal I worried about.
And it’s usually the most serious tenth, too.
What Goat was starting to say before Rat interjected:
What are you doing … in my bed?
Goat’s advice didn’t work out well. Rat wanted to be pessimistic and worry.
Ten percent may not sound very much, but it all depends on what you’re worrying about.
80% of random thoughts are negative.
The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind.
The kind that blindside you at 4pm on some idle Tuesday.
Some things you don’t discuss with anxious people.
He’s becoming almost as repetitious as radio!

Interesting. Rat never struck me as a worrier.
