REALLY loving this strip.

Time to play a Randy Newman song over this strip. Honestly I saw this one coming it was the only possible outcome. just a question of if it would be now or days from now. Doesn’t stop it from being gosh darn cute.

Dana, I simply do not have the words to adequately describe my feelings regarding “Heavenly Nostrils”. It touches my heart, and my emotions, in ways I find awesome and incredible.

Each day I anxiously await to see what new magic lies in store, and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, I’ve grinned, I’ve wistfully sighed . . .

Somehow saying “Thank you” just doesn’t seem enough.

This one’s going to give me diabetes.

Friendship really IS magic!

it was obvious from the very first strip this had to happen, but daaw… DAAWWWW.

The force of their love reverberates through the world. The sun for a moment stands still and then slowly begins its return. Thanks to the power of unicorn magic, spring will return. Phoebe and Marigold have forstalled doom and put off the end of the world for another day.

I like reading comics,have done since I was knee high to a grasshopper, this is one comic I love, sniff, sniff , sorry but Dana is so good at this it get you right here <3

That was, by far the best comic strip I’ve read in quite awhile. Only matches Dick Tracy for pure quality in writing. Quite a worthy successor to Ozzy & Millie. I’m quite pleased you stuck with this. For I remember you saying one of your dreams was to have a nationally syndicated comic strip of your own one day.

Dana (and Phoebe)…I am sitting here holding my new grandson, home for a visit with granny for his first Christmas….I read this, and starting smiling through my tears…I cant believe I have tears running down my face….Ronnie is reaching up and looking at me like, Granny, wth?…lol……You (Dana – Marigold and Phoebe) both just made me love you more….I only hope that my grandson falls as in love with the both of you as you both grow and mature….Merry Christmas Dana, Phoebe, and Marigold!!!

If this one doesnt get to you, then you are a grinch or a scrooge or just not getting it!…Man. I love this strip!!!

Have to say just one more thing….I made this my favorite and dont plan to change it any time soon….I hope all my friends here at gocomics (and I do count a few as friends) begin to read this and fall in love with the two best comic strip characters that have come across our paths in many moons…Marigold Heavenly Nostrils and Phoebe are pieces of your heart once you “get” them….so sweet, snarky and beautiful all at the same time….Thank you Dana, from my heart, thank you…

posted on my two favorite strips…(previous faves that is)I dont spam for anything, usually that is….but I have to talk about one comic here at gocomics…You all know I am a woosie…emotional, totally feminine, and totally woosie….Marigold Heavenly Nostrils is a comic here at go comics. She is a Unicorn who was so entranced with her own image in a pond that she was litterly frozen in her entrancement of her own image. Phoebe is a little girl who skipped a stone across that pond and broke up the image freeing Marigold from her entrancement with her own image…she granted Phoebe one wish and Phoebe’s wish was that Marigold would be her best friend….today, as her Christmas gift to Marigold, she released her from her wish for Marigold to be her best friend….Marigold still wants to be Phoebes best friend….its made me add it as my favorite…and I want you all to experience the joy, snarkiness and beauty that is Marigold Heavenly Nostrils…please visit it and give it a chance…its an awesome comic strip and will make you truly lol and cry and wish that you had a Unicorn friend or at least a 7 year old who loves fantasy as much as we all do or we wouldnt be at go comics…

my son has taken my d-i-l and lil Ronnie to visit friends, after his lovely wife and I make Linguists home made Amaretto…(recipe available at Ballard Street earlier this week)…I am enjoying a small sip of the amaretto and some coffee while urging you all to simply enjoy this holiday weekend and take a look at MHN…you will be glad you did….and if todays doesnt take your heart and squeeze it (after knowing the back story) then change your name legally to Grinch and understand why….

Y’know, I don’t know what was more feel-good today: This strip or the comments loving it. I’m supposedly way too old and jaded to care for this, but, dang, this is lovely. Thanks, Dana and thanks to all those who love the story like I do.

Dana, if this wasn’t already my absolute favorite comic strip, this surely would have done it. That had to be the sweetest things I have ever seen in your comic. Also, Phoebe’s and Marigold’s faces in the 4th panel are just pure magic. You are amazing, Dana, I hope to see Heavenly Nostrils in publication for many years to come!

This strip has been one of the most original and certainly most charming additions to the comics world in quite some time. It’s fun, quirky, and keeps surprising day after day.

This latest development has the potential to take these two friends to places no girl and unicorn have ever gone before: I can’t wait!

I just discovered Heavenly Nostrils and can’t stop reading it. This one really moves me. Had to punch a wall to regain my manliness though

I only found this strip a few months ago and am now on my SECOND go-around of reading them from the beginning. And this one is my absolute favorite. Awwww. I might even order the collectible archival art print one of these days :)
