The Torch’s first girlfriend was Dorrie Evans, if memory serves. Then Crystal from the Inhumans. Then, in a perverse bit of post Kirby-Lee plotting, he actually stole Ben Grimm’s girlfriend, Alicia Masters! I don’t remember if that’s why I stopped reading the FF, but I certainly found it “a revoltin’ development,” as Ben himself would have said about far less appalling storylines. Anyway, I neither know nor care about any of Johnny’s subsequent romances.
