I find that hard to believe

It’s that superhero of the sublime: Ironic Man.

He’s fishing for comments.

There are those who’d rather be golfing.

That would be me. I can’t imagine more stupefyingly boring than sitting for hours waiting for a fish to bite. And then not keeping it??

He baited that hook with a raspberry!

Can I tell him?! C’mon, lemme tell him!

Said no fisherman ever.

Love the fish thumbing its nos—well, with its tongue out—well, it’s cute!

When I catch fish, if they’re big enough for me to eat, I keep them.

He insane. No way me spend time in steenky cubicle.

Teleworking would be better, but I’d still prefer a good day with a pot of coffee, a tricky coding problem, and not a word from anyone to fishing.

In a cubicle, one fishes for compliments.

My other car is a boat.

A subordinate had such bad B.O. we moved his cubicle outside and renamed it, Open Box.

For me, me not you, me, fishing is the worst punishment there could be. It is outside and outside sucks, always too hot or cold or sunny. You might catch a fish then what do you do you throw it back. I could go on. I would rather be by myself in a cubicle in a computer room on the night shift. Am I weird? Yes, and I know it.

and then there’s “a bad day fishing is still better than a good day at work!”

They should film him for MTV’s “The Reel World”.

Fishing’s not for me, but I have no intention of baiting those who love it.
