Aww very bittersweet. Yes, guys, enjoy your life together while you have it, since it will be a long wait for Rover when he crosses the Rainbow Bridge.

Brian Basset has such a tender heart! I am here like all of you bawling my eyes out. I know all my pets will be waiting for me at the golden gate! Love to my little darlings who add so much to my day!

I’m so sad, with all my pets that have passed, however, I may be happy then when I see them again!

We just put our dog down last night. God gave us what we needed this morning through this message.

Dang you, Bassett! Grown men (from my generation) don’t cry! Sniff, sniff…

I’ve always figured I’d go to Heaven because God wouldn’t want to disappoint all the awesome animals that have been in my life. Those of us who go before our animals stay busy throwing balls and catnip toys in the area where animals are waiting for their humans.

Well, THAT did it….

I have to get a tissue.

Aww……that Brings tears to my eyes. I hope to see my favorite four legged pals in Heaven one day.

Aaawww…. I hope all my puppies and kitty cats and turtles and goldfish and parakeets are waiting for me in the afterlife… Maybe they put in a good word for me and I won’t have go to the other place. ;)

This one is a tear-jerker. Only one dog, but several cats are waiting for me. I miss them all.

My heart is melting, I love this strip so much!!!

My apologies if I upset Many of you with today’s strip. That was never my intention. In my own way I wanted to show that the bond between a dog and their human is timeless and eternal, which love is. Thank you.

How sweet. It reminds me of my childhood dog Teddy. The only dog I knew who would run and grab a rope hanging from our tree with his mouth and swing like Tarzan.

I always thought one of the best things about being a dog, or cat, is not realizing that you are mortal.

I love this! I have a pack of Beagles waiting for us.
