I imagine the residents of the both sister cities to be a cheerful, fun loving crowd.

I wonder what ordinance Mr. Meyer was violating to attract the attention of the fuzz?

A college friend had an advanced mathematics textbook written by authors named Dull and Boring. I saw it with my own eyes.

Typical police action! It’s clear from the drawing that is a modified sedan! C’mon!

When I was young, a friend of mine bought an old junker and stripped it down to a mere frame. No doors, roof, hood, fenders, or trunk. He used a big metal milk container for the gas tank, and it had working tail-lights, turn signals, and a mounted license plate. When he was done, we took it out for a drive… And of course, got pulled over. The cop did not give us a ticket, but told us we couldn’t drive that on the City Streets. I remember that he was, however, very amused… ☺

The Googles doesn’t mention any state with a law against having livestock in the passenger seat. Perhaps the driver had a tail light out?
