Interesting. There is an Oakley Street in KC. I remember that from having lived in KC. I didn’t know if the address was valid, so I google mapped it and it appears to be good. I figured it was a harmless cartoon and not an actual cry for help. I’m glad I called the KCPD back and canceled the dispatch. They would have been so upset with me!
