Hope you had a great weekend! I’m dropping in because I wanted to invite you to check out another side project of mine. I don’t know about you, but I’ve been very interested in all this AI stuff like ChatGPT, and just recently I’ve been experimenting with the AI image generator, Midjourney — which probably shouldn’t be surprising since this strip itself is kind of like playing with an endless oil paint-based image generator.
Anyway, about a week ago I started an Instagram account called “The Museum of Accidental Art” that has a simple premise: I have ChatGPT generate three random words, then I feed those into Midjourney and see what comes out. So far, I’ve been pretty consistently entertained by Midjourney’s “creativity,” and thought I’d share the Instagram link with you, in case your interest in analog art carries over to the artificially intelligent kind. Here it is:
https://www.instagram.com/museumofaccidentalart/
If you’re curious, please check it out. At this point, I’m not sure how long I’ll keep it up, so if it strikes you as something you’d like to see more of, give me a follow!
The punters were in a tizzy finalizing all of the betting positions as no-one expected John to have won the closely-fought strip poker match down to his last piece of clothing.
