I’m guessing comic sans serif and new times Roman. Not sure what the middle one is.

I personally like Arial’s clarity when she speaks. No frills, pomp, or puffery in her words, though she does have a L of a time with a capital i.

    It’s a bold-faced lie.

Wikipedia – Arial, sometimes marketed or displayed in software as Arial MT, is a sans-serif typeface and set of computer fonts.

The death of Comic Sans MS is highly desired by graphic designers. I like it for its legibility at smaller point sizes.

Not so subtle MS reference with Office and Word. Well done with all the layers today.

Just what kind of party is that, here in a family comic. I mean they all have their A holes showing. And is this some kind of A-ist party. No other letters invited? A’s are so elitist, just because of A grades, A lists, A teams, and A-1 Sauce.

“Well, the quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog – and the rest is history.”

She should watch out. I heard his spell-check came back negative.

Of course, Arial, a variation on Ariel. (I didn’t see that movie.)

I’m pretty sure she’s supposed to be Helvetica Bold. not Arial. Except that the cartoonist confused Switzerland and Sweden. She should be dressed like Heidi (or a cow, or a cuckoo clock, or in a dirndl). Never heard of a Bodensee mermaid, and the Rhine maidens are in Germany.

I immediately knew we had a comic sans with his shape, but only realized the costumes had meaning when someone mentioned Times Roman (dressed as a gladiator) Then I realized the first was dressed with props like the old vaudeville and center was dressed as the Little Mermaid (even though Arial is the hardest type to represent- it IS clearest BECAUSE it has no embellishments).

    LOVE it!
