As fascinating as TT would be, I doubt there is anyone we could trust not to muck it all up. Intentionally or not, there’s too much that could and would go wrong. That assumes, of course, that you could change anything during your visit. Some stories would have us believe that you couldn’t change things, that you could only stand by and observe, thus “protecting” the future. That would still be cool, because you could come back with tons of knowledge about the past that we can only guess about with the info we have. I’d go!
Can he create a future where the Phillies aren’t the team that has lost more games than any other team in the history of professional sports? Yeah, I’m a fan.
I’d give my life for the opportunity to talk to Jefferson and Madison about the electoral college, putting in a clause to prevent Gerrymandering, slavery, etc.
Wicked! I guess his friend Mark will pop by to ensure that Tom Jefferson includes the right to chose from 50 kinds of peanut butter at the local markets.
I like Douglas Adams’ take on Time Travel. It all just sort of fits together- if you were going to have changed something, you already will have done, and when you go back to change something, you’re the one to change it to whatever it was before you went back to change it anyway. Jigsaw puzzle. It all just fits.

Some things are best left to the imagination. Like what I’D do if I had unlimited access to time travel.
