Weather forecasters can be wrong 50% of the time and keep their jobs. It is a law the Global Warming experts made and was approved by Al Gore’s congress.
Climate is what you expect; weather is what you get.
Neither affects the other — other than the fact the weather which happens most commonly is called climate and climate tells what will be the most common weather.

There are some places in CA where the snow is up to the ski lifts. Once place has 50’ of snow. OMG!
