Here we are in the merry, merry month of may. And it’s 12 C (53.6F) and cloudy. As someone said on here, location, location, location…….

For me, there is no such thing as a nice day in the sun. I know most folks think I am strange, but I’m not the only one out there who feels this way.

The last sunburn I got was on the top of my feet. I was sitting under an umbrella and my feet were sticking out. I was going through cardiac rehab at the time and had to skip a session, because I couldn’t wear shoes.

Master Esthetician here: Do you find, after a sunny vacation, you get sick? Well, that’s because you are literally burning off the fighter cells (immune function) that live on your skin when you are in the sun a lot making you vulnerable to diseases. Fun fact! :)

Lithium batteries have protection for that kind of overheating and overcharging, unless fly by night manufactures. Careful or SPF one million won’t help.
