A friend of mine got curious about that ice cream ingredient you see in most brands: carboxymethylcellulose. It’s basically fine ground tree pulp. They use it to make the ice cream seem creamier.

I buy other brands.

Wow, I am surprised at the negativity here. Those plant-based burgers are actually pretty good.
