You know, I’m looking forward to Goldie and Lupin’s match the most, if only to see how it furthers (or does not further) their rivalry.

Had to put my black kitty to sleep yesterday. She suddenly became very sick. Determined she had fluid in her abdomen and infection. Doc said she would not survive surgery. I did what I thought was best to take her out of pain quickly and into peace forever. He said I made the right decision for her. My heart is broken. I miss her so much. She has the red light.

I recommend they tussle quietly. The laundry vent goes to both human floors.

Beatrix is Jim Ross! How cute. Maybe Sophie can be in the audience with the Robber Mice.

Wow – Burt is BUFF!

Today is Weed Appreciation Day. NO not that “weed,” because it is no longer a weed, it is a cash crop …

I recall a book, back in the ’60s, titled “Eat the Weeds.” Unless you are a goat, goose, sheep, or some other grazing animal, this is NOT a good idea. Even then, there are certain weeds that will kill you or make you very sick.

But don’t think I have no appreciation for weeds. After all, I have a yard full of them—and no, none of them are that weed.

I always thought “Professional Wrestling” was some of the best comedy on TV….

I’m so very sorry. It’s so hard to lose a beloved pet. They are family. Keep the good memories of her.

As creative as Sophie is, purrhaps she could design a new Championship belt. It could be her way to participate.

Thank you all for the kind, loving, encouraging words! It is nice to be in a community of people who understand the love of pets and our responsibility for their well being. Blessings to each of you! Just so you know, she had a sister, Catriona. We are spending more with her to make certain she is ok. I know she misses her sister. As well she knows we all hurt. But we will get through this and cherish our memories of one very special black cat!
