“Where the buoys are”? Sounds like a great song title for a girl group with a nautical name. “Odysseus & The Sirens”, perhaps?

Meanwhile, Back on the Nile with UB40’s Red, Red, Wine
Tabith-Isis: Red, red dot, I find them everywhere,
I catch them with a flair, no one else can,
…….
Red, red dot, so many of you,
This is what I love to do,
I’ll get all of you,
Sees small bird sitting nearby weeping.
Tabith-Isis: Hello, funny little bird, what’s wrong?
Bird: I was just pretending to eat with my Boy, and I got lost.
Tabith-Isis: What is your name?
Pengo: It’s Pengo. I’m a penguin.
Tabith-Isis: I knew there was a reason I wanted to learn to speak penguin. I thought you lived in a faraway land where it is always cold.
Pengo: We do. I’m not used to the hot desert.
Tabith-Isis: Well, I can help. Here is a Red Dot-sicle. I’ll take you to the royal palace where I have friends who can help.
At the Palace
Queen Catshepsut the Golden: Welcome, little Pengo. I understand you are lost.
Pengo: Yes, Your Majesty. I don’t know what happened.
The Queen: I know who can help. Serfig-Aro, send for the royal procurers.
Enter Alice-Ata, Agnes-Ata, Violet-Ifa, and Ta-Natash
The Queen: We have here a penguin from another time and place. Can you help him?
Agnes-Ata: Yes, Your Majesty.
The Queen: Do I want to know how?
Agnes-Ata: It’s a long explanaton. We need to find a flower, a space-time anemone.
To Be Continued

And now, as sung by Connie Francis
Where the buoys are,
Some boat waits for me,
A smiling goal,
Where buoys and gulls,
All play so wonderfully!
…….
We’re floating now, on a stream somehow,
And a penguin’s waiting there for me!
In the crowd of a stuffed toys,
I’ll find my furry friend,
Then I’ll squeeze him without end,
And tell the world of my joy!
’Til I squeeze him,
I wait impatiently.
Where the buoys are,
Where the buoys are,
Where the buoys are,
My boat waits for me.
