Oh, please please please let this be the last political cartoon! Wishful thinking, I know, but I’m so tired of political ads, flyers, junk mail, signs… just a few more days, though. If you’re a registered American voter, get out and vote! That’s one thing we can all agree on, I hope.
Probably had a hundred trick or treaters, nearly ran out of candy. Not a political word was spoken or mask worn. Grand fun, except now I have to take down all of the decorations and pack them away. Still, it was worth it.
If my daughter had gone trick or treating at this house, she would have replied: “If I was old enough to vote, I’d vote for the one who’s not a creepy psychopathic sex offender and felon. Since you are old enough to vote, I’m hoping you’re smart enough to do the same. If not, I don’t want your candy!”
RFK Jr wants to impose healthy food on school lunches if he’s in Trump’s cabinet. Meanwhile, the former first lady of the other party proposed the same thing. That’s the kid’s choice this time.

What part of trick or treat does this person not understand?

It’s easy, kids. He supports the party that thinks extortion is a good idea.

It’s never fun to trick or treat at the home of a pollster.

For some inexplicable reason, I can believe somewhere in the country this actually happened. Or at a mimimum was seriously thought about.

I bet I know which candidate this guy supports. There’s only one in the race who needs to buy votes.

Last night my daughter offered a potato as an alternate choice: You could have 2 candies, or 1 candy and 1 potato. Lots of kids took the potato.

The correct answer is “How should WE know who to support? We’re KIDS!”!

Ah yes, election year Halloween: The time that adults behave like children, and politicians dress up as decent human beings.
