And he gets into houses by climbing up and down chimneys... Aha! Apparently, he has adhesive nanoscale setae on his fingers and toes!... He also has a bunch of elves who... Say... Jolly elf from the Org Riders, flying his intragalatic sleigh powered/pulled by eight tiny ungulates. And one sassy ungulate with a very large, red proboscis. Children scream when they see him. Or are speechless with joy.
