I agree with Marigold 100%. The motives of flightless birds are not my concern. If that chicken really wants to cross the road, then who am I to question her.

Actually, chickens do fly, even domesticated ones. They aren’t strong fliers, but are easily capable of flying over fences and making it up into trees.

I don’t know why the chicken crossed the road; but I can tell you why the chicken DIDN’T cross the road; cause KFC was on the other side. HA! :D
