Currently reading a very short (under 110 pages) book, “The New Science of Breath” about breathing techniques that are as old as the ages, examined by new technology for taking conscious control of breathing for relaxation and stress management.

Geez, it has been ages since I sat down and read a book! Don’t have time, maybe I should give up the online comics! :-DThe Night of the Moonbow by Tom Tryon, and a biography of Marlene Dietrich by her daughter come to mind at the moment. Oh yes, and Steve McQueen’s biography by his first wife.
