Has anyone watched some of these Bigfoot “documentaries”? This strip is pretty close to the truth.

To those complaining about the mockumentary “Mermaids” being shown as real footage, you’ve obviously never seen “Lost Tapes” on the same network.

Animal Planet is airing “Mermaids” again tonight. I wasn’t interested at all the first time, but now I want sort of want to see what made it the highest-rated show on the network. Sort of like I’d like to watch “Sharknado”

So many of the cable channels are running out of new content (and the public is so stupid or gullible to make such shows as Mermaids and Sharknado feasible.
My lover watches only the Science and History channels and even on those I notice (in addition to good old stuff like “How’s it Made” there is considerable bogus history and pseudo science).

@Bruno Zeigerts9/11 conspiracy? There were some terrorists who hijacked some planes and killed a bunch of people and now you get frisked at the airport. No conspiracy. Seriously, who do you think would fake something like that? The only people I can think of who could possible benefit from this are the TSA agents who get to have jobs pissing people off.

I think much of the content of the Smithsonian Channel is quite interesting. I consider it the new History Channel. Unfortunately, the History Channel is the new MTV (among others).
