Let’s talk about why these memories where the students “get over” on Fo-getty is their “favorite” memory, shall we?

From 1998, yes. But I think some of her changes came a bit sooner than that…

That’s right…perhaps her cancer/chemo was the method he used to change Delta’s character. I can barely remember that time in her life…it was a good arc, I think. ;)

Ahhhhhhh…then “I” must be cool… ;)

It was Alexander Pope (1688 – 1744) who wrote, “To err is human, to forgive, divine.” ’Nite all… ;)

- It was during a run on promoting awareness of Students Against Drunk Driving. As we can see, she was a “go-getter”, even then….

-And here’s some from a previous arc that transitioned to the other (SADD). It was part of a contest Greg ran where the readers’ fashions would be displayed in the strip.

Hey- I wasn’t even aware that there was such a thing as fashion, then! All I knew is that when I woke up in the morning, I had clothes on!

LOL! Well, on that one, I would change the bodice, and take out the.. .hey! You made me talk fashion words!

You know what’s sad? I think many people probably know people that look more like the first drawing, as opposed to the second one…..

So they’re both from Pencilvania?

She does have a nicer smile than the second one…

Well, I guess this week shows a lot of changes in drawing style of the characters and some of the other changes. Except for Knute… his seems less… “pronounced”… well, except for his “Future’s so bright I gotta wear shades” look…

Delta was fun, too bad she changed into someone who can’t lighten up.

Why not make the most out of life, date, relax, have an unsnarky sense of humor and empathy for your friends as well as needy families? Not that it’s any big deal if you’re written as a do-gooder!

Hee hee. Luann looks like a balloon head. Anyone got a pin? Seriously, I appreciate the change in the appearance of the characters over the years, and I’m looking forward to the arc about their graduation. I am also looking forward to Foggy’s retirement. His character does not fit the college professor mold.

With Graduation coming up, might the old topic of teenage drinking be addressed? How about that thing called “sex?”

I think yes to the first, no to the second.Although that’s possible, I am prepared for two “nos.” We will just have to wait and see…

It was fun to see the postings of the fashion show and Aaron Hill’s accident. That was where I started reading it, when the local Star-Tribune began carrying it.

Four weeks of Fo-getty crap must be to insure we’ll absolutely ADORE whatever comes next/
