There is a crumb tray!? (j/k) However, similar to bawana, I was well into adulthood before I descovered their existence. Excellent toon today.

I’m 65 and this is the first I’ve ever heard of crumb trays. Got to go check our toaster now.

That’s what I used to do… didn’t know about the crumb tray till adulthood.

The crumb tray does not help much anyway. I agree with phritzg, except I do both and use a bottle brush to get all the crumbs stuck to coils.

From now on, I’m gonna check the crumb tray whenever I go to someone’s house.

Goodness! She should make a delicious crumb cake!
