You’re sure it wasn’t his filberts that got broken?

What a strange place to store mixed nuts.

And on the other side, we can get him another can of nuts, but that leg is going to need immediate attention.This is the side on which he should have been when the wave hit, leeward of the seas. But since the Recent Unpleasantness, being Lee-ward of anything has been politically incorrect and frowned upon.He was a victim of fashion.David Bowie was right.

Aaarrrrgggghhh.

They are now.

And now he refuses to talk about it, though we can all sea that it is making him nutty.

At least his mixed nuts weren’t broken and his femur washed out to sea.

If my nuts were mixed, i would want them washed away.

A crippled Mr. Peanut without his nuts??? Priceless!!!

Why wasn’t the lighthouse keeper up by the light during this period of rough seas? Was he too lazily munching on his mixed nuts and, I dare say, quaffing a bottle or two of wine? Harrumph! Serves him right, I say.

I’ve often fantasized about being a lighthouse keeper. But after hearing about this, I’m not prepared to sacrifice my nuts for the dream.

Aww, this is just plain nuts—or was until getting washed out into the salty brine.
