Awww, this is the sweetest one yet. they love their mommy! And Elvis defending her with puffer tail is adorable.

I love this one! My cat gets very cuddly when I’m sick, the problem being that she likes to cuddle with my face, making breathing somewhat challenging…

My boy Barney would cuddle every day, whether I was sick or not. A very loving fellow, now waiting for me at the rainbow bridge.

This is SO SWEET!

With an English Daughter in law, I know some of the Brit ways, but never heard the expression: “you are the biggestspoon” Puck says in last panel. Cats seems to know when one isn’t feeling well, & ours tries to snuggle us well.

The kitties know who the real boss is. They’re just defending her.

Since I am the one sick right now, my 5 cats are doing their best to cuddle and spoon. The dog is a different story altogether. He doesn’t understand sickness and will not tolerate it. He doesn’t care how ill you are or if you just had surgery. You will take him out and play with him at least twice an hour. Playtime is non negotiable.

Elvis was saying ’Don’t bother the woman, she is resting. Go play somewhere else Man.’

I like the quip about British mystery shows. They’re not cats, but they are comforting nonetheless.

Cats are indeed healers, and the best comfort givers.Ms. Dunn you have made creatures that give us all comfort. Thank you for their sweet, loving, mischeivious cattitudes!

My sister’s cat, Rosie, always seemed to know when I was crying; she would rub against my face and swish her tail against me.

I’m off sick today, but still had to do 2 hours of snow removal this afternoon. Upon my return, a nap in the recliner was in order and my kitty settled in for a bit of grooming and a nap on my chest – very soothing.

Cats are not comforting when you’re sick. They’re just waiting to eat you. You know, that whole sick and dying thing…

So glad I found this FANTASTIC strip. It really brings tears and laughs to a person, and especially to a cat person.These cats remind me of a couple of mine, no longer here, that cuddled with me when I was “under the weather” for whatever reason. Thank you for a bright spot in my day.

They are being so sweet! Makes me miss my many cats.They are so cute, funny, lovable and cuddly when they want to be.I have had pet rats for years now. They are the best small size pet you could want, and don’t require expensive shots, but like any pet the do occaisionly need to visit the vet.When you get on social Security it’s hard to be able to care for a pet, they cost too much usually .
