Pray tell, Mr. and Mrs. DeGroot, what your idea you’re about to give T.J. is (thanks to a little blabbering form Shannon).

Some things you watch, and go: “No!!!! Don’t open that door!!!!!!!!”-Or, “For the love of yogurt, just tell ’em how you feel!!!!” – There’s also: “Can’t you see? You’re talking to the person that did it!!!!” – And, of course: “Are ya blind , ref? First day on the job jitters, huh????”"…. – So, how do you stop this “train wreck” that’s about to happen? I mean, Snannon’s going to go over there,and that she has that butterfly thing tilting to the right! Something just has to be wrong with that…I think. Plus, I think Nancy has some leftover spinach ravioli in her teeth… and Frank’s shoe may be untied…

I’m not surprised Berniece doesn’t have an interesting idea. She’s so boring.

Freudian slip: Shannon is dragging Nancy by the wrist to TJ, telling him that she is for him.

It is so fortuitous that Shannon is at the vernissage to grease the wheels of the coming trainwreck of Fate!

Looks like whoever, called it that T.J. would invest in the DeGroots’ warehouse theater a few weeks ago was right.

I think some of the commenters haven’t been with the strip very long.

TJ has an insurance settlement from his mobile catering truck catching fire. This happened in a story arc that began on August 1 of last year and involved a reader poll as to whether or not the fire was accidental.

He has, oddly enough, managed to go eight Luann universe months without spending any of it, although he did give that old industrial building where the Moony U drama department did their production of “Legend of Sleepy Hollow” (followed by Tiffany’s Halloween party) a once-over.

When Quill applied for the internship in New York at the end of March, that is when Frank revealed that he had a “warehouse plan” worked up for the building. Nancy had mused “do we know a crazy person with $60,000?” at the end of that week’s set of strips.

I’m only surprised that it took another couple of months to follow through on that, especially as we saw TJ was at the art show early in this story arc.

I’d guess little Cindy Brady too. The Bunch clue helped.

I think that we are about to be bogged down in the Sargasso Sea of the comic strips……….dull characters stranded in a boring story line.

Maybe Bernice is just having a moment, I hope, similar to one she had when her neighbors were trying to throw a party in her room. Instead of obsessing over rules she concluded that she needed to loosen up a bit and go with the flow. Now maybe she could realize that she needs to loosen up mentally and intellectually… Like hey.. can’t you come up with a spontaneous idea (now and then) to a little kid? It doesn’t have to be deep or earth shattering.

(gradual changes:) Yup, same way you miss the sun dip into the horizon and twilight spreads over like a blanket, if you blink your eye.. (and if you don’t get to catch it with some “time lapse photography”… – That reminds me, I saw some neat photo somewhere on FB, where the person put together a composite shot of day turning into night, with all the colors and features (including sun and moon in different spots of the pic) with the whole gradual change to view in the picture….

Yeah, the one from last night, my guess was “Susan Olsen” for the win, Lol!
