Yes, to give the students’ artwork the treatment it deserves, you will definitely need an upgraded sewer connection.

And then there’s the trying to make sure all them “bad boys” are filled out the way all the “gubmints” want ‘em to be! And then you have to make sure every level of government regulations (from fed to state, county [if applicable] and municipal) have been satisfied. And, too, making sure you didn’t forget any important form/schedule/attachment…..

[Drinking a very large, hazelnut coffee along with a bowl of vanilla-tinctured burley:]I am not sure what has had Frank go off the deep end like this, but it is frightening. I cannot imagine much that would be LESS enjoyable than going through the permitting, rehabing, and then trying to keep financially afloat the venture he is so very gun-ho about. Frank is built from a different cloth than I am.

    Rush?

    Did Frank say “RUSH???”

“There is TROUBLE In the Household”

“All Their Savings, Just Now Fled!”

    “While Old Franklin Screams OBSESSION!!!”

“And Nancy Just SHAKES Her Head.”

Loosely Based On the Rush cut, “Trees” from their Album “Hemispheres”

Is Frank manic? I would be worried about someone who feels a “rush” at leaping into a business venture that is so ill-advised. Where is he coming up with the extra $1.5+M to pay for this project?

Yeah Tom… all those horrible “liberal democratic” regulations that hinder business… like safety regulations, health codes, public municipality codes, toxic cleanup regulations. Yep… the “liberal democrats” sure are trying to nickle and dime businesses into oblivion all to make themselves rich I bet, because we sure don’t need any protection as a society from those issues. @tom_wrighttom_wright said, More business hindering regulations by liberal democrats. . . . . ;—————————————You don’t want rules about how sewage is disposed ?.No community owned sewage lines?Would corporate-owned sewage lines be free?.Conservatives have some sense, and they do not advocate tossing your sewage out the window as in the middle ages. .Think of the mess around the base of the Empire State Building.

I wouldn’t describe Luann as a funny comic strip, but it is amusing. However, I have my doubts about this story line. There is a big warning light that signals disaster.

    SPOILER ALERT

I knew there had to be a midlife crisis for Frank in there somewhere. Sure enough, he’s about to ‘get the old band together’, while leaving poor Nancy with all the boring paperwork. (No wonder he tried to tell her paperwork was a ‘rush’…)
