We’ve narrowed it down to Fabio or Weird Al. The real question is what crime they’re reporting. Probably, they surrounded him and Ma dribbled and freaked him out, and they want to file Unneighborly Conduct charges for him fleeing down an express check-out aisle they couldn’t squeeze through.
(Had someone actually try to file that once. Unneighborly Conduct. Something about a dog.)
They did not notice what he was wearing. They were busy with his long straight curly hair. They were upset he did not look sexually toward them. (SNL Ugly secretary chasing boss around the desk but complaining that he was after her.) They would have chased him down the street but he was too fast for them.
Something like 45 years ago there were some incidents with a streaker in a nearby neighborhood. The last one, I believe, involved a couple of widowed friends who were out for an after-dinner walk, when a naked young man stepped out of the shadows into the streetlight and said, “Good evening, ladies”, before darting back into the shadows.
The women’s statements agreed that the young man was nice-looking and very polite. One said he was blond, the other said he had dark hair. I’d bet that both were right.

Bad, in a mischievous kind of way. With his loose hair and open shirt blowing in the wind. Or was that the cover of the paperback in the checkout?
