Well, if we go by the Injustice storyline the alternate reality used kryptonian technology to enhance the heroes and villains to the same level as Superman, or close to at least. Besides that no, Batman needs kryptonite to defeat Superman in general. And possibly that device used in the JLA cartoon.
Batman has contingency plans in case any of his fellow heroes go rogue. He just doesn’t have a contingency for stealing his computer files. That was the plot of the “Tower of Babel” storyline…
I was wondering something like that. His home planet exploded, and everybody died. All the people in that planet were supposed to have the same or similar physical condition as him, so basically, they could have survived in space. What is the difference between this planet, that keeps him alive, and his home planet, where every body died, having the same superpowers. Was the core of the planet full of kryptonite and got exposed during the planet implosion? or what justifiable reason is there? the ‘yellow sun’? coudn’t they with their advanced minds have not created a radiation of hydrogen plasma?
“The first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers.”☺In reference to the review of ‘’Guilty Conscience,’’ (May 20) Leah D. Frank is inaccurate when she states that when Shakespeare had one of his characters state ’’Let’s kill all the lawyers,‘’ it was the corrupt, unethical lawyers he was referring to. Shakespeare’s exact line ‘’The first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers,‘’ was stated by Dick the Butcher in ’’Henry VI,’’ Part II, act IV, Scene II, Line 73. Dick the Butcher was a follower of the rebel Jack Cade, who thought that if he disturbed law and order, he could become king. Shakespeare meant it as a compliment to attorneys and judges who instill justice in society.

Actually Batman carried a piece of Kryptonite in his utility belt and one in the Bat Mobile in the old comics just in case Superman went rogue!
