Been done. Zebra got a team to play the Crocs to settle their lawsuit against him. Whole lawsuit plot was fun, but I still want to jump up and shout, “Objection, Your Honor! Plaintiffs have no standing to sue!”

I was watching a hockey game last night (Blackhawks vs. Blues) and someone mentioned how they hated the playoff beards.

Boo Yankees!

My first thought was the caber toss at the Highland Games.

If only your beard is touching the base, are you safe?

Who knew? I haven’t watched a baseball game on TV (let alone live at a stadium) in years. I occasionally switch channels passing over one on weekends. But my impression is that long beards are still relatively rare (as distinct from mustaches, sideburns, scruffy short beards, or cultivated stubble)….

I’ll never understand how so many people have such strong opinions about mens facial hair. It’s natural, it’s part of your face, and it should be a personal decision, period. I turned down a job opportunity once because they wanted me to shave, I will not be told what to do with my body. Can you imagine the fallout if everyone had such strong and open opinions about womens hair length?

Work place rules. Take ‘em or leave ’em. It’s my company’s business image that the public sees. Women have been (and still are) putting up with everybody commenting on their hair, makeup, and clothing choices. Now guys are getting some of that too.

Or, Safety first, if you have to wear PPE. If you can’t get a tight seal on your respirator, shave it off.

I may not like it, but other than workplace or safety rules, Not my body, Not my choice. Period.

That being said, baseball involves sweating, etc. A face first slide could be ugly …

If you will look at my avatar, you will see I’m not a Yankee fan either.
