Trump thinks if he takes every side on every issue, he’ll confuse the voters so much they’ll gladly cast their ballot for him since they can’t remember where he last stood. It’ll work with the “poorly educated.”

Well, there’s certainly much truth being revealed by this comic Donald. And I believe him.

I don’t dispute any of the claims in this strip, but I’d love to see the documentation of each point. Is there a website devoted to Trump’s many self-contradictions, with actual quotes?

He is in this for two reasons. Publicity, and improving his brand. Nothing else matters.

Scary thing is, that’s not very far from the literal truth.

Hillary does seem to be more consistent, even when the facts contradict her.I did not traffic classified information — FBI says that she didI did it for the convenience of one device — FBI says that she used multiple devices&c.How is this preferred over a man who tries to be everything to everyone?On policy, it seems not unlikely that progressives will get much of what they want with either Trump or Clinton.

It is easy to have twice as many positions if you are both for and against everything. Don’s achievement is speed of his change in convictions. Speaking of convictions, I don’t think email Hillary is finished yet. Even if her IT guy takes the fall.

Trump is laughable for his constant changes in position, but the laughter kind of stops when you remember that he praises bloodthirsty tyrants. The real “mental illness proof” of the “right” is the failure to recognize that Garry has just summed up the FACTS of Trump’s “positions”. (Ano-cranial sphincter complex on massive scale.)

Trevor Noah’s hit on a “do over” seems appropriate. If Trump wins, there will be portraits of Saddam, Benito, and Assad in the Oval Office. If Hillary wins, the “media” will focus on Bill’s “blue dress syndrome” and emails, while denying any conversations ever occurred within the Bush team to trump up “WMDs and mushroom clouds”.

The rest of the “civilized” world recognizes how dangerously stupid Trump supporters are. Even though they don’t have all that much love for Hillary, at least they recognize the difference between a woman in a pants suit, and a guy who should be in a straightjacket.

Funny stuff, for a lifetime naïve, ignorant idealist. You see, I had left my religion, and fell in with the ‘civic religion’ of citizen involvement. Out of one cult into another. Political campaigns are a permeable social membrane, people are unified and purposeful: mostly admirable traits are on display…a local political campaign is a feel-good example of what America should be, a depth experience in human interaction…you find out what your neighbors WANT and whether you can trust them in other business interactions, etc.

If you know what influence really is and study it, it’s a very great experience. Also lots of fun people. It becomes a very select local club, going a long way to manifesting ‘a more perfect union’ as the Preamble to the Constitution says is one of the prime reasons for the U.S.

Working on a local election campaign among volunteers is like attending an exciting field trip in school. Meeting locals, informing and presenting a message…excellent training.

Lifetime American. Adrift in a rapidly changing world, finding comfort in the rationale which energizes campaigns…enthusiasms arising organically from my fellow Americans…restores, ultimately, my faith in the Original Creator. Vox populi, vox Dei…(that may not be right. Have no Latin at all)
