For “friends”, it seems they have divergent priorities.

Nil may be batty, but Jack has the balls!

Interestingly, it has been six months real time since Nil saw Bernice. The last time they were in each other’s presence was the Nov. 12, 2016 strip.

No, Wacko is with his brother and sister, Yakko and Dot in the Warner Bros. water tower.

So who thinks Piro and Tiffany may show up at the bowling alley? Would make for a fun twist.

And I was correct, these two don’t look like they gave a thought to what they what they were going to wear.

So we are reminded that Jack is an inveterate girl chaser while Nil is more patient. He has been thinking about Bernice for all that 6 months? Talk about repressed emotions! It is clear that Jack and Nil are friends, they can “talk” about each other, and my theory of opposites attract in this strip definitely apply to Jack and Nil. But I am still waiting to see what happens when the girls actually arrive. Why are they late one wonders? Waiting to meet up with Piro? At least Bernice. Of course that would put Luann in real spot. So lets see what happens. All this drama must lead to something unexpected, my other Luann theorem.

Jack should date more than one girl at this point. Jack and Luann are not an item yet.

I just noticed that Luann and Jack have something in common. When they work on something or concentrate on something, their tongues stick out.

Only 4 minutes late? What so unusual about that where 2 girls are concerned?

Nil says that the their “dates” are 4 minutes late. Seriously, d00d? 4 minutes? Have you even dated before? When they reach 30, that is when you mention it. When it’s an hour, you start worrying.

Here it is 11:40 on the Left Coast. The site was down for about 9 hours today for equipment upgrade. I just tried to go into the strip for the 13th, and the server is crashed. I guess that 2TB Western Digital My Book™ they are running the site on is overloaded.
