Recalling something they used to say on the right in the matter of unconstitutional surveillance of private citizens, I adapted it in response to Orangehead McTinyhands’ accusations of a “witch hunt”:

If you’re not a witch, what do you have to be worried about?

Which hunt?

Perhaps it should be pointed out for those here too young to remember, “witch hunt” and “fishing expedition” were the same terms used constantly by Nixon and his supporters trying to deflect, and obstruct, the Watergate investigation…right up to his resignation.

Hey, no problem. Just drain the swamp and the witches can shoot whatever they find lying on the bottom.

The only witch hunt I see is the unwarranted Russia collusion nonsense. The only fishing expedition I am aware of is the Mueller “investigation”. The only mob I see is the leftist media and democrat lynch mob. More left wing projection going on here.
