Okay, first order of business. “WHO” is this young man and what has he done with the “Real” Les Knox??

Oh, this is going to be quite hard for Tiffany to explain to dear ol’ Dad after he just hung up on her.

Has anyone ever seen Tiffany talk to her father before? It would be interesting to see if she has a set way of dealing with him, like acting little-girlish, or what, and how her approach will have to differ now to convince him that she’s right and Ann is a wrongo…

Les is More. ✨

FaceTime so dad can ask who is that guy standing next to you.

Interesting that we haven’t seen Tiff’s Dad yet. Depending on his appearance, we might get an idea whether Ann is actually attracted or it’s just about money.

Introduce Les.

Les is assuming – with no evidence – that Tiffany and her father have a much better relationship that he has with his own mother. This could be interesting.

What? Are they proposing HONESTY? Straightforward talking like adults? Revolutionary concept!

Daughter vs lover: I wonder how Tiff will get Tom to leave Anne. Meanwhile, lets listen in on the conversation……..

Seems Les has never known anything in life but neglect and abandonment. Uncle Al got him into a place where he is around good people. Kindness goes a long way. Les has the first friends of his life.

I think this is going to get ugly.

Tiff could say hi dad we need to talk, he would say about Ann if that’s it she already told me what you did! What i did! No dad what she did.

Tiff she told me that you are trying to lock her up because in your mind she stole and broke the law! But dad that’s the truth in your mind that’s the truth but dad Les can back me up.

I am more and more beginning to think that Tiff and Les can accomplish something worth the effort here. It would be a shot in the arm to both of them. Ann just needs a ‘shot’ somewhere else!

Okay. What bombshell will explode tomorrow while we wait for weeks to view the wreckage?

Well, lets see how much he believes either part.

Les is showing friendship, and caring!! What a concept!! Will wonders never cease? Now lets see if his advice and friendship will help Tiffany communicate her feelings about this dangerous liaison with Ann that has with her dad. My prediction is that it will turn out fine for Tiffany. New arc Monday, but the after-effects of this arc will definitely linger.

And again, Tiffany’s motivations for this course of action have been more self-serving then they should be. It is not justice she’s after,

OMG! Did we just see a spurt of “maturity growth” from Les???

My money is on this being more “quid pro quo” talk (i.e. getting Tiff in a position that, if successful, she’ll want to “reward him” later on) {Shudders}

But I hope I’m wrong.

Now, we have to figure out what Dad is going to tell Tiff… that will be the big cliffhanger.

I don’t know when Les received Ann’s purse with the phone…maybe he called Tiff’s dad and he heard the entire conversation. His Ann needs me was the beginning of Ann needs me to set her straight

The fight ain’t over until you can no longer fight.

This is what happens when amateurs go up against a pro. Looking forward to another week or two of this arc are we?

I think that Simone called Tom before Ann did.

BTW – A couple of weeks ago Gunter made an emotional cameo appearance in this arc. What do you suppose Team Greg’s purpose was with that? As I opined recently, I think they’re spinning their wheels with this arc. Do even they know where this is going? Does it have some larger purpose?

I fear that Tiffany will make an enemy of Les in the long run…Les may have his sights set on a relationship and that’s why he’s being so helpful. Tiffany, on the other hand, has no interest in a long-term deal. Let’s stay tuned!

The scam was only the “vehicle” in this arc, travelling on an underlying route.

That “underlying route” travelled through the real story.

That story?  What makes four antagonists tick.   Leslie…..  Tiffany….. Now Tom Farrell….   and I feel pretty good that, at some point, it will also be Ann.   Tom has been in a relationship with her.  How long will/could it last?  Who knows.  Maybe he’ll listen to Tiffany.  But maybe not.  But, surely, we could get to discover some depths of Ann’s ways, by potentially seeing her, through how Tom acts and reacts to her, and how he deals with Tiffany.

Is Tom some “altruistic, innocent (rich) victim”, who’s just “blinded”?

Does Tom share some of the same views as Ann, and is “not the same father” that Tiffany only  thought she knew?

Did Tom possibly go through some changes, once the other parent was suddenly out of the picture (potentially similar to Ann) , and experience other life-altering moments, either long ago, or more recently?

Okay…I don’t care about this story line anymore, but…I kind of lowkey ship this pair now.

So from the timing, her Dad is off the phone with Ann, but Ann could not gotten to his house yet…unless it is just down the street. Interesting.

So… is her father gonna believe Ann over his daughter? And Tiffany is convinced of this, even though they sounded like they had a good relationship?

Honestly, this seem a bad case of horrible writing from Evans.

…or maybe it’s Dad, calling to say Ann over-acted, and he’s onto her now.

So is Tom a decent person or a POS? Stay tuned!

Is there a way Ann and Tom can set up their phones so that Tom sees

ANN EMERGENCY

on his phone before he answers.

Got to put some kind of cap on this arc, or its going to keep running on into next week. But, its been fun, so that’s not a problem for me.

I’m hoping Simone of Souffle Lingerie spoke to him about Tiffany’s call earlier. I doubt she’d turn her back on one of her best customers.

Clearly, there is much more $$ for Ann if she invests in Tom rather than in knockoff lingerie. In other words, stick to the investment in her own dainties.

Perhaps Tiffany was jealous. `Hysterical or wacko – not so much.

will she be able to get a word in edgewise? hmmmmm ….

Looks like Tiffany is back to her original size. I’ve heard of fast weight loss, but not in the span of a single evening before.

“… Tiif, it’s your dad calling….I Just thought you should be the 1st to know that Ann and I are engaged….”

Does Tiffany’s otherwise tasteful dress say “WICKED”? How inappropriate.

Just gimme one more chance! “Thanks, Dad”? Or is this the Last Farewell?

Is Saturday’s strip necessarily the End of the Arc?

Gulp… I’m starting to like Les…

You know things are crazy when Les is the voice of reason.

Les seems to genuinely want Tiffany as a friend. I don’t know if he wants to pursue it any further. If he does, he is taking his time and not being slimey about it. Interesting.

Maybe Tiffany’s dad just found out the woman Ann really is and is about to apologize to Tiffany!
