I live in a blizzard of white fur too. My cats probably smugly pat themselves on the back as I walk out the door – we’ve done our best to claim her. Step back other kitties, she’s ours!

That’s exactly what I have to deal with whenever Blossom decides she needs my attention. Cat hairs defy gravity! And they do it on purpose, too!

Elvis does not approve of the casual look except for people who have to do manual work for a living. For those whose work is not manual work, formal attire is preferred. And we see that the boys all follow that rule. (Burt tells us that The Man is a video editor, so he does no real work at all.)

Ha HA! The man thought he’d outsmart our boys by wearing plaid. I mean tartan. Oh, bugger! The Pendelton! Always remember; You are not as quick as a cat. Your are not as focused as a cat. And you are not as devious as a cat.

Tre-C’s ears perked up; “Wait, what?” “Don’t let your coffee get cold, kitten… I’ll be right back.” Tre-C watched Megan walk to her work area (wouldn’t have quite fit to call it her cubicle, but that’s just what it was. That it was the only one in the office was immaterial). Then she looked at Hector, then back to Megan. “Don’t try to think too hard, Kitten” His mimicking of Megan was not close, but it sufficed; “She’s done this to me a hundred times.” Tre-C stammered; B-b-but L.A.‘s….." Hector abandoned his jovial demeanor for a moment and looked Tre-C straight in the eyes- no fear, no jocularity; "I know how far it is, Chica. Listen, she’s probably going to tell you this eventually, but Megan is not an ordinary cat. She’s special… she knows things. She BEEN places. It’s my belief you are on the brink of an epiphany, of learning great truths. My advice to you, if you listen to nothing else I say, is PAY ATTENTION."Megan walked back to Tre-C; “Give away any trade secrets, Hector?” “No… I just fastened her seat belt for you.” “Hopefully, we’ll only be gone for a fewfine, but by asking him he knew she would be thinking of him… wherever she was). weeks. You be ok here?” (Megan knew this resourceful little rodent would be Megan asked Tre-C what any senior would ask their junior on the brink of a great journey; “Do you have to go?” Tre-C replied nervously; “No, but I’m… I still…” “Never you mind, baby. Just relax. I’ll try to explain things as they happen. Hopefully before, but certainly AS.”

I WILL be getting a new PC for these stories in a few days. A casual brush over the mousepad will sometimes move an entire sentence to a different line. Most often without the author’s knowledge.

I dress the same as the Man when I’m not at work (envies that he can dress so casually at work!). There’s nothing more comfortable than a pair of jeans, a t-shirt, and a plaid over-shirt. :-)

Love how the random cat hairs on the Man’s shirt in panel 2 have morphed into “Lupin was here” in panel 3. A sign that cats have their own system of fur writing?

Good morning and happy Thursday/Purrsday, orbsters and orbabies! We were at the hospital or in transit for an overall 13 hours yesterday (picked up at 7am and got home at 8pm). Paul and I were both exhausted. We had a bite to eat and tumbled into bed and that was it for us. He is beginning to show the side effects he was warned about, he is losing appetite and sense of taste, has difficulty swallowing, skin on neck is getting very irritated…I wish I could take all of this on myself and spare him everything.

Lupin: I’m a kittycat and I’m okay. I sleep all night and I run all day.

I read the news, I shed my fur,

    I run around the room,

    I turn off the computer,

    At times inopportune!

My kitties are best at shedding at the vet’s office. I will brush them the night before we go but the next day at the vet’s office you would swear there was 5 or 6 kitties that hadn’t been brushed in years shedding in that room, when in fact there is only 1 and it was properly groomed the night before. I expect to see a bald cat by the time I get home but it is never so.
