That’s about my level of posting. It is more useful and has greater longevity. That and gocomics posters, which I enjoy for their pithy and often flat out humorous comments.
After the movie “War Games” came out many of my students asked me about the actual possibility of something like that scenario actually occurring. I would tell them the possibility of a teen age boy infiltrating the military computer systems and using it to start WW III etc. is extremely small, in fact I would say impossible. However I warned them that if you connect your computer to a Phone line (all we had then) then you have the possibility of your computer being accessed and everything stored on it being distributed. That was back in 1983. Now, 35 years later I still give that same warning but now the ‘War Games’ scenario is much more of a possibility. However usually it involves an entire government rather than one teen ager with a modem.
We can all forget about privacy now since everyone has given it away to Big Brother with our devices. We confirm that every time we install a new app. Smart TVs have also brought it into our homes so even the last bastion of privacy has been compromised.
We were not careful with who we allowed to get elected, and now see the loss of privacy and rights we have due to the governmental officials taking their elected “posts”

On the other hand fencing is an Olympic sport. He could be in training.

It doesn’t look like their posts are tall enough to afford them much privacy.

@Demon Oligarch: Even then, because they offer different slants on the point of the joke.

Cute. A well-built fence does protect privacy, and the fenceposts are integral to the fence.
