Hi Gang!

Just a quick note to say ‘Quack” to all the wonderful Birdbrainiacs who make this cartoon funny AFTER I create it! Thank you - I’m glad somebody does!

Seems this wake has turned into old Cliche’s roast, but I’m not one to punify something as silly as eating a quacker. On the other hand, I’m not that cold, either.

Thanks to all for being such faithful readers - I’m surprised (happily) you continue!

Hey Thom - I still think this is one of the better toons out there, especially the artwork - after you submit them, do you get your Canvasback?

BTW - some ducks migrate, but up here in winter, just about everyone becomes a Northern Shoveler…

If this were another cartoon, it could be called “Pintail on the donkey”

Go for it shytimes2. I don’t cook duck a lot, nor does my wife, but we have it once or twice a year. As for diferences Shika, I have never done a taste comparison, but I like them both. I have a friend who has a house on Long Island, so it is nice having one when in the region. Duck meat has such a high fat content that they stay moist and allow for some minor errors when cooking. Howdy Terry, yes isn’t it just Daffy?

Straight up Roast Duck with bread dumplings and whole kernel corn will suit me just fine. Fancy doesn’t suit my fancy. lol
