I look forward to a day when we have a more competent POTUS so we can sleep well and ignore the world of politics at least to some extent. If you are smart you know that you should never ignore politics completely. The anxiety around trump has caused many to feel the need to make sure we are always 100% informed due to a nagging feeling about whatever the negative consequence may be otherwise. In Missouri, the guy running against Claire McCaskill wishes to take away a key component of the Affordable Care Act, the part about covering pre-existing conditions. Yes, that is right, so if you have any number of common serious conditions which may cause you to suffer an early death, you may be SOOL soon thanks to Josh Hawley and other trump supporter candidates around the country. I hate to say it so bluntly, but that is the fact. Someone has to talk about what is real and what may happen before we get caught up as yet another victim of the tragedy of the trump presidency. Just one of many serious concerns in 2018, thanks to trump and others. I saw there is an article in HuffPost talking about this very subject today. Of course, Missouri is not the only state facing this dire situation. Wake up and get registered and vote. Also, contact your members of Congress about this and many other grave concerns regarding the current occupant of the Oval Office. Al Gore was recently asked if he had any advice for trump, he responded, “resign.” Failing that, it is up to the rest of us.
