When you can’t sleep, study.

Luann some crack the books all night.

Frame 1: Luann relaxes like a dog. Frame 2: Been there. When I was in school, I used to dream I was getting my homework done. Waking up was especially unpleasant in that case.

Mostly math books? Math was always particularly difficult for me in college. Too many problems with 10 to 20 steps to the right answer. One error and you’re 180 degrees off course.

I can so relate.

In her defense, it can be hard to study with a lot of noise going on, and it’s also hard to study on comfy couches. She should try to sit at a quiet, not overly comfortable desk space.

For a split second there, Luann reminded Me of the Old Brad, scrunched on the couch and snoozin’ away. The only thing missing is the Oreos.

Puddle’s internal time clock appears to be functioning well.

Anyone here ever have that nightmare where you discover you have a huge test happening in 5 minutes for a class that you’ve forgotten was on your schedule?

It’s even worse when you’ve been wide awake for hours and you finally drop off just before you’re supposed to get up!

Interesting that the clock says 3:17, as it’s coincidentally Luann’s debut date (3/17/85).

Wow, Luann can sleep through noise asnd distraction, but peace and quiet of night is jarring? Actually sounds about right for a lot of folk!

Time sails by, and sleep is ever fleet-ing….

This seems so very refreshing and enjoyable, especially when compared to the Gunther & Les food fight we have been so laboriously experiencing.

Today speaks of a common characteristic in most of us. It made me laugh. I do not know if I would have given it an “8” under most circumstances, but compared to “food fight”, this is a gem, IMO.

I was reading a good book by Eric Idle of Monty Python fame till 2 AM this morning. The guy knew everyone of note back when.

If next week features six panels of Gunther and Les cleaning up from the food fight and bickering and arguing…. ugh.

Should be in a dormitory or apartment…

Simple, very well drawn cartoon. Profile of Frank reveals the secret kept for many years now. With that honker we can see that Frank is really Knute’s father. His mother? Don’t have a clue…..yet.

Been there and unfortunately, or maybe fortunately since I chose to keep doing it, still doing that—procrastination. The only difference now is that I have to grade all the work that the Luann’s of the world (90% of us) procrastinate, but eventually get done.

Tomorrow: a return to The Shed? Brad & Toni ponder renovations again? The Monster Truck revenge? Ann E & Tom F. tie the knot? STAY TOONED !!!!

I was hoping we would get to see Al and Irma Gray on their Las Vegas honeymoon (“And this vacant lot is where we used to bury the bodies…”), but they’re already back without even a mention of their return. Phooey!
