I’m not surprised that Lucy would do that to crayons.

Thus making a kaleidoscopic mess.

And then Mother has to clean up the mess, and Linus goes into time out!

Their Mom will use some colourful language to describe the mess!

“Color crayons”?!? As opposed to what? “Black-and-white crayons”?

We gave a Beanie Baby to a young child. The first thing they did was to pull off the tag. Sigh

Remarkable, that’s one way to put it.

Whiteboards- now those are remarkable!

This reminds me of my Crayola 64 set with sharpener from the early-mid 1960s.

This makes me want to cry. There were few things I loved more as a child than a fresh, unused box of crayons.

The first thing you do when you open a box of new crayons is SMELL them!

I remember my sister being so fussy about her crayons. All had to be sharp, nearly the same length, put back neatly with no lines on the inside of the boxtop. How i longed to do this to her precious crayons

That’s NOT how you treat a new box of crayons!!

I remember saying ‘color-crayons’!

It took Linus a long time to stop falling for Lucy’s tricks.

I’d hate to have Lucy as a sister. I lived my crayons.

I remember being confused in fifth grade to learn that the French word for pencil is “crayon.” Even more confusing, the French word for crayon is “pastel.”
