A detective! I love it! I foresee many investigative reports in BCN’s future. Kitty forensics! Witness interviews! Graphs! Codes! Incident scene searches! Yes, Orbsters, the game is a-paw!

I am getting lost in so many characters. They need to be called by their names for a while until we know who’s who.

By Goldie saying she’s “on a case” it seems to indicate that she hasn’t yet accepted the harsh fact that she’s been dumped by her humans. Or maybe she has but still wants to find them so she can barf in their shoes.

With her Titian fur, I should have guessed she’d be a detective. : )

I feel like Beatrix just had a massive life revelation that she could have a career outside the world of journalism. With the exception of Sophie and Baba Mouse, all the adult cats in her life are involved in the news. The expression on her soggy little face in the final panel looks like she’s thinking “Wait, you mean an inquisitive cat can be something other than a reporter or researcher?”. Don’t get me wrong, nothing bad in being involved in the news, but she legit looks like she just had her little mind blown.

I was going to say that Kiki is a Detective, but on reflection, i have decided that she’s more the explorer type.

Goldie is clearly walking in Panel Three. I think it’s that everyone stops when she makes her revelations.

Today is my anniversary. Thirty nine wonderful years.

My three girls are celebrating, too. They get a small can of people tuna on “special” days…they’ll celebrate anything, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, St. Francis’ feast day, etc.

Hi all,

My hip seems to have plateaued. It’s not getting worse, but it has stopped getting better.

On the upside, the chair I was able to order thanks to dmah’s generous donation has shipped. I’m looking forward to its arrival and hoping it gets here early (the ETA is November 15 – November 22).

I love that one fang hanging out of Goldie’s mouth! So cute!

I recommend going back to the first comic or buying the books. That’s what I did. Each day I read about two weeks worth until I caught up. I still have trouble with the ginger cats. Except Goldie, she has an injured ear. Even though I read them on go comics I will probably get the books too so I can share with family. If you read them on go comics write the date you left off.

I am a long time reader, since before the newspaper format. I am getting confused. Please add the names and characteristics of the Robber Mice to their entry in the “Our Reporters” section. Once Goldie is settled, please add her also. The notch in her ear is much appreciated.
