Lupin, Goldie owes you an apology, and the longer she leaves it the greater the apology should be, so I understand your urge to needle her. But it would be better if you explained to her that she wronged you.

Thanks to everyone who tried to sort out the spiritual/religious distinction yesterday. I think I’ve got the beginnings of an idea what people mean, though it seems they are not so clear themselves. At this stage I won’t bother pursuing the question of why it is such a big deal that people have to mention it. I’ll just put it into the over-filled box of “daft things people say”.
