This is what it’s like for me and my Dog. No matter how bad a day I’ve had I just come home and cuddle him and all my cares and worries just melt away and I instantly feel like I’m on top of the world. My wife was just told that her ‘work from home’ has an indeterminate end date. Those 15 sec. commutes to the second floor are great.

There’s nothing like a little Hobbes in your life

Watterson only did one Mother’s Day cartoon in the whole run of his strip. It just wasn’t that good and may have showed he doesn’t like forced sentiments. (Calvin wanted his allowance raised.)This strip has a nice ending though, even for the mother.

I wonder if Watterson’s school days were as bad as Calvin’s?
