OMC … It’s just so surreal … Seeing El Biff wearing a friendship bracelet … It’s like picturing Walter Cronkite in a tie-dye t-shirt! Now I can go to sleep with a big, silly grin on my face!! 8D

The snake who is a cat has really outdone himself this time!

So Sweet! I didn’t think Elvis had it in him…except when he’s “Dad” for the kids. After all, he’s Mommy’s special boy!

Can Lupin and Goldie also come together as friends??

Glad to see that Bea er BR is back and her rocket trip from the ironing board did not result in injury.

I think that, by the end of the arc, everybody will be friends. But there will always be hiccups along the way, as in any relationship. That’s one of the things that keep life interesting.

Report from the outside world: Kabuki (“Boo” for short), my feral sleep role model, today presented me with a challenge. Curled up on top of one of the deck chairs, rather than in the seat, he was sound asleep with one hind leg firmly pressed into his closed eye.

I’m going to have to work on this in stages, I think….

I will preface this comment by saying that both real-life Tommy and Sophie are fine, but Tommy’s Woman posted this a few hours ago on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TommyWhiskerstache):

“Everyone, please hug your babies tight for me. Last night we helped Leia over the rainbow bridge. Our baby Leia just celebrated her 15th birthday a couple weeks ago, her dad and I are heartbroken despite being prepared for this happening.

Tommy and Leia were pretty much immediate besties even though he’d never seen a dog before. Leia had always been a gentle dope with cats, wanting to baby and groom them as if any normal cat would appreciate it… but Tommy LOVED it, right away, as soon as they met. Tommy will be 13 years old this year and has been with us since 2013 when his previous owner (Sissy, a beloved family friend) went into hospice. I have so many videos of these two doofuses together too, I realized while I was going through my albums just how much of a part of our lives they are. Our house seems so quiet and empty without my best baby girl, but in going through all these photos I realize how lucky I am to have had her at all."

I don’t want to seem pedantic OR picayune, but Tabitha should be called “La Dama Dragona”.

I love it when Elvis goes shirtless, and we can admire his sweet Siamese-colored forearms.

I’m not sure I trust Elvis’ smirk in the last panel, but I’m glad he seems to be reaching out in friendship!

Off Topic – Paul: Well, we dialed 911 and got an ambulance to take Paul to the hospital. Of course, because of Covid-19, I wasn’t allowed to go with him. I did call the hospital after a few hours, and his charge nurse said they were waiting for test results. A couple of hours later, who staggers in the door but Paul! The ER doctor said Paul didn’t have Covid-19 and needed to go home. That’s NOT what he went to the hospital for!!! I’m so upset and angry I want to bite something or someone!!! I’ll be calling our family doctor today and discussing his case with her.

I want to thank everyone for their kind wishes for Paul’s well-being right now. Hugs, purrs, bumps, boops and much loving right back at you!
